describe my experience with Green Island Builders. As a professional gutter installer, I get to
work on a lot of different houses and with a lot of different contractors. I usually enter the job as the house is
nearing completion and due to the intricacies of my work, I KNOW whether or not
a house has been built well or not.

out his remaining inventory of Brazilian Cherry wood. We were able to pick up enough wood to cover
every floor and counter for a fraction (truly, a fraction!) of the normal

working with Green Island Builders is their availability. They were almost
always available by phone, and the few times they were not, I almost always
received a return call shortly thereafter.
They also made plenty of time for me when I would stop by the
office—usually unannounced. But building a quality home wasn’t
